When I started BJJ in my thirties, I realised quickly how important it was to move well and stay injury-free for the long haul.

That’s why I train and coach with a hybrid strength and mobility approach — building strength in deeper ranges of motion so your body can handle whatever you throw at it.

Whether you’re chasing confidence on the mats, in the gym, or just in your everyday life — I’m here to help you build it through training that supports your body and your goals.

Want to work with me?

Here are the ways I can support you with coaching — online or in-person.

  • This is 1:1 personal training for those located in Sydney, Australia. This is a great option for those who want hands-on coaching in-person and want the most out of their strength training. Ideal for those with new or existing injuries.

  • This is 1:1 coaching delivered online. Suitable for those with training experience, but want personalised 1:1 coaching to help you with your goals. You will have direct 1:1 access to me as your coach, with weekly check-ins to support you throughout the program.

  • This is combined in-person PT at Jungle Botany, Sydney, and online coaching. Suitable for those with some training experience, but need 1:1 in-person coaching to help you move towards your goals.

  • Train in a semi-private group with other BJJ grapplers. We train a hybrid strength and mobility program in-person out of Jungle Botany, Sydney. Suitable for all levels of experience. Subject to availability.
